This article was a painful reminder at how broken the health care system is today. It proved statements we’ve made in the past at how inefficiency can make processes more frustrating and challenging. If we are fortunate with good health, then some of these issues are minor hassles in our life – though still unnecessary. But there are millions who are not as fortunate. Those with the more challenging of issues, most likely have to deal with these obstacles and frustrations more than they ever should. How much more stress can we add to people who are just trying to get better; who are just trying to live? How many experiences do we have to suffer through, until we start to talk about real solutions? With every problem, a solution is out there ready to be tested – this one is long overdue.

Earlier this year we helped our partners at Screaming Circuits launch a new web application using Ember.js as the client-side framework. In this project, we designed and implemented a more robust quoting engine and account service center, integrated support content into a helpful, organized resource center, and allowed for more engaging marketing content to tell the Screaming Circuit story.
